It all began with a single burger at Dallas Chop House, a beloved steakhouse in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Simply called the Chop House Burger, it quickly earned a devoted following and became one of the most talked-about items on the menu. Its popularity sparked an idea—and in 2010, that idea came to life as a restaurant all its own.

Chop House Burger is our elevated take on the classic American burger joint, rooted in quality and craftsmanship. Each burger is made with certified Angus beef, paired with locally sourced produce, artisan-baked breads, and complemented by a thoughtfully selected lineup of local beers. Familiar, refined, and unmistakably satisfying—it’s a celebration of the burger done right.
